How every part of Tavino AI works

How family location sharing works, how saved places mark an arrival, how a family group decides who sees what, how an Care check-in becomes a summary, how travel records hold up offline, and how membership fits around all of it. Each topic below answers the question and links to the page that explains it in full. If something is still open after that, the contact page is at the bottom.

Each question below answers what the feature does and where it stops, then links to the page that explains it in full. Step-by-step how-to articles are not published yet.

How family location sharing works

The map shows location information shared by members of your family group, and each person chooses what they share. Updates depend on device permissions, location settings, battery optimisation, and network conditions, so they can be delayed or unavailable. The map is not an emergency service.

How saved places work

Save the places a family moves between — home, work, a school or academy, a hospital — so the group can be informed around arrival and departure moments. Whether a moment is recognised depends on device settings and conditions at the time.

How family groups work

A family group connects the people you invite, and the map, places, care, and travel all build on that same group. Joining a group does not mean sharing everything in it — each member keeps their own sharing settings and decides who can see their location.

How Care check-ins work

Care guides a gentle daily check-in and turns the finished conversation into a short summary the family group can read. It supports conversation and connection — it is not a medical service and it does not monitor emergencies.

How travel records work

A trip keeps locations, photos, text notes, and voice memos together. Records made while connectivity is limited stay on the device and sync once a connection returns. Smart Travel does not replace emergency or navigation services.

How membership works

Five membership levels are taking shape. The prices shown are previews rather than final pricing, included features may still change, and no purchase action is available on the site today.

How sharing and permissions work

What each person shares is their own choice, and the settings on their device affect how often location can update. The policy documents below describe how that data is handled.

Common questions

Short answers to the questions this site can answer today.

What is Tavino AI?

Tavino AI brings family connection, map and place experiences, AI-supported care, and travel records together in one service.

Is Tavino AI a medical service?

No. Care supports family connection through conversations and shared updates. It does not diagnose health conditions or replace professional care.

Can travel records be created with limited connectivity?

Travel records can be saved locally while connectivity is limited. Synchronization depends on connection, device conditions, and service availability.

Does Tavino AI guarantee exact or continuous location updates?

No. Location information can be affected by device permissions, signal conditions, operating system behavior, and network availability.

Is a separate group created for care or travel?

No. Care and travel build on the same family group used across the rest of Tavino AI, and sharing follows the settings already in that group.

Can I buy a Tavino AI membership right now?

No. The membership page shows preview pricing based on the current product design. Final pricing, availability, and included features may change, and no purchase action is available on the site today.

Where can I read the privacy and location terms?

Use the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Location Data Terms links in the Privacy & Policy section below.

How can I contact Tavino AI?
