Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Tavino AI application or this website (together, the "Service"), operated by PNCSTAR Inc. ("PNCSTAR", "we", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that takes place through your account.
• An account should be created and managed by a person who is able to enter into these Terms. A child should only take part in a family group with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your device and account secure.

3. Family Groups and Invitations

Tavino AI is built around a family group. The group is the shared connection base for the map, places, care, and travel features.

• Members join a group by invitation, each from their own device.
• Each member keeps control of their own sharing settings within the group.
• Inviting someone does not grant access to information that member has not chosen to share.
• Only invite people you are entitled to invite, and do not use the Service to track a person without their knowledge and agreement.

4. Location Features and Permissions

• Location features require permissions granted on your device and can be turned off at any time.
• Location information can be delayed, imprecise, or unavailable depending on device permissions, operating system behavior, signal conditions, and network availability.
• The Service does not guarantee exact, continuous, or real-time location updates, and should not be relied on as a safety, emergency, or navigation system.

5. AI Care

• AI Care supports check-in conversations, by voice or by text, and creates a short summary of a completed conversation for the family group.
• AI Care is not a medical service. It does not diagnose health conditions, does not provide medical advice, and does not detect emergencies.
• AI Care does not replace caregivers, family members, medical professionals, or emergency services. For an emergency, contact the official emergency services in your area.
• AI-generated summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate, and should be treated as a record of a conversation rather than an assessment.

6. Travel Records and Synchronization

• A travel record may include a location, photos, text notes, voice notes, and the time it was created, organized by trip and by day.
• Records can be created while connectivity is limited and remain on the device until they can be synchronized.
• Synchronization depends on connection, device conditions, and service availability. We do not guarantee that synchronization will complete or that records will be preserved, and you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important to you.

7. User Content

Photos, notes, voice recordings, and other content you add to the Service remain yours. You grant us the permissions needed to store, process, and display that content in order to operate the features you use, including sharing it with the family group you chose. You are responsible for having the right to add the content you upload, including where it involves other people.

8. Membership and Payments

Membership plans and prices shown on this website are previews based on the current product design. Final pricing, availability, and included features may change before subscription billing is introduced, and no paid subscription is offered through this website.

If a membership is offered through a mobile app store in the future, that store's billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies would apply to the subscription, and the applicable terms will be presented before any purchase.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or in violation of another person's rights
• Use the Service to monitor a person without their knowledge and agreement
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Service except where permitted by law
• Upload content you do not have the right to share

10. Service Availability and Changes

The Service is under active development. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed, and the Service may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that location, care, or travel information will be accurate or complete.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PNCSTAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Service if these Terms are violated or where necessary to protect the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Seoul, Korea, except where mandatory local law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as the Service develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through notices in the Service.
